What does the free plan include?
The Free plan includes the shared salon calendar, 24/7 online booking, pet and owner records, the Reserve with Google button on your Maps listing and your page on the rdv360.com directory. It is not just a trial of a few days: you run your salon without paying, and without a credit card.
Can I try the paid plans before subscribing?
Yes. The Pro and Pro+ plans come with a free 14-day trial, no credit card.
Why are prices shown for the yearly plan?
The prices shown by default are monthly prices with a yearly commitment: the subscription is prepaid for 12 months, with 2 months free. For example, Pro works out to €24.91 excl. VAT per month, or €299 excl. VAT for the year, instead of €29.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment. The Monthly / Yearly switch above the grid shows one or the other.
Is there a commitment?
None on the monthly plan: you change plans as your needs change. The yearly plan is prepaid for 12 months, which is what makes the 2 free months possible. Prices exclude VAT.
What is the difference between Pro+ and Pro++?
Pro+ brings together what you need to run the salon: the NF 525 certified POS (NF 525 is the French certification for POS software), grooming packages, stock management and your website. Pro++ adds online payment: a deposit requested at the time of booking.
Is the website included?
Yes, from the Pro+ plan: your Blissa website is part of the subscription, with online booking built in.
Are SMS included?
Yes: from the Pro plan, a credit of 300 SMS per month covers your automated messages (appointment reminders and confirmations), valid for numbers in France and the French overseas departments. These messages can be customized, so pet owners recognize your salon. For other destinations, and for SMS campaigns, each SMS is billed €0.08 excl. VAT.
Is the page on the rdv360.com directory really included?
Yes, in every plan, Free included. The rdv360.com directory had 8.1 million unique visitors and recorded 1.4 million bookings over the last 12 months, with no commission for businesses.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, as your business evolves.
